Alessandro Florenzi (born 11 March 1991) is an Italian footballer who currently plays for Serie B club Crotone, on loan from Roma.

Club career

A product of Roma youth academy, Florenzi made his Serie A debut in a 3–1 win against Sampdoria on 22 May 2011, replacing Francesco Totti as a substitute.[2] During the summer of 2011, he was sent on loan to Serie B club Crotone. He made his debut on 27 August 2011, scoring their goal in a 2–1 home defeat against Livorno.

International career

On 6 September 2011, Florenzi made his debut for the Italy U-21 squad, in a 3–0 UEFA Under-21 Championship qualifying win against Hungary. On 6 October 2011 he scored his first goal with the Italy U-21, in the away match won 7–2 against Liechtenstein.
